    Unexpected rain and resilient staff

    Despite the rain disrupting our outdoor dinner, the staff's warm hospitality and the fine mountain views made our stay nice.

    The position of the hotel was marvellous, in the nature. Plus, it was next to the well serviced park inside the walls of the resort and underground metro stations.

    Everything was nice, extremely friendly staff, absolutely breathtaking views to the lake and mountines. The location in the forests above the Berovo lake was stunning and amazing. Moreover, it was really close to Aurora Resort as well as overlooking a lake in a part which is often called the Macedonian Switzerland...

    Thank you for a very peaceful stay. The hotel is luxurious and overall clean, everything is amazing. The staff are professional and I loved their attitude. Its location is tranquil, near to a wonderful nature and the forests above the Berovo lake, amazing area.

    Particularly good and beautiful room, all in all had great stay.

    Stunningly beautiful accommodation, the breakfast was satisfactory, marvellous location in a restaurant in the city. The stuff were really kind, they helped us with baggage.

    Aurora resort & spa is a lovely place with spacious and clean rooms. The spa facilities are awesome, especially the sauna and steam room. The outdoor areas are really nice.

    The hotel has a very nice location. It was definitely designed with taste and it has lot of charm. The staff was very polite and attentive. The massage was highly professional. Very good breakfast even by regional standards. Rooms, bathroom, spa as well as common areas were very clean and well ordred.

    Impossible to adjust heating in the room, if you like hot nights it is a place to go. The spa is rather limited in terms of facilities & capacity, as well as in terms of opening 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Advanced booking needed. Restaurant and minibar are overpriced. Spa and massages are OK.

    The aurora resort was a very nice surprise. Beautiful property, and even though the spa centre was not open yet we enjoyed ourselves with walks in the beautiful surroundings. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke well english. Also the restaurant staff in the morning for breakfast was very accommodating and professional. The only person who was not professional at all was the waiter in the evening. He was taking shortcuts, was curt, refused to speak english, even my macedonian friends were shocked by his behavior. He was however the big exception, all others were wonderful, including the maintenance men and I believe the manager/ owner who all greeted you and were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, beautiful rooms and I would go there again.

    I just loved the amazing views from my Junior Suite, where every morning I woke up to fine mountain scenery! The outdoor pool was such a delight, offering relaxing swims with a view that felt mad really like a slice of paradise. Plus, the local cuisine was delicious

    Spacious room with a comfy bed, a balcony and great amenities like a tv, mini bar, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were highlights, offering fine mountain views. The breakfast had a nice cold and hot buffet selection, perfect for fueling a day of exploring.
